The aim of this program is to develop participants’ skills across various knowledge areas required in today’s job market. As a result, participants will be able to enhance their CVs and significantly increase their chances of securing respectable job opportunities.
The training program has been designed based on the experiences of numerous HR department managers from leading private-sector companies, as well as the experiences of college graduates who have entered the private workforce. We carefully analyzed both strengths and weaknesses and built our training program accordingly. It is offered in two formats: a 40-hour training course and a 60-hour training course.
The program is delivered by a team of highly qualified instructors and trainers using diverse educational methods. We have also developed our own dedicated learning platform to monitor training progress and manage course content.
