The "Fitnah" AI Programming Training Program
Al-Tarqia for Educational Technology, Training, and Development proudly presents its specialized training program, “Fitnah”. This applied program is designed to qualify students, graduates, and those aspiring to specialize in Artificial Intelligence Programming. Through a carefully structured, progressive training path, participants will advance step-by-step from fundamental principles to building practical, real-world AI applications and models.
The program targets university students, recent graduates, technology enthusiasts, and anyone looking to build a strong foundation in programming and AI—even if their prior experience is limited.
Program Objectives
The Fitnah program aims to empower trainees to:
• Understand the fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications.
• Master the programming principles required to develop smart, innovative solutions.
• Handle, analyze, and leverage data to build effective AI models.
• Develop critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills.
• Implement practical applications and hands-on projects throughout the training period.
• Deliver a comprehensive graduation project in the field of AI, fully prepared for presentation and defense.
Training Methodology
The program adopts a hybrid learning model, combining hands-on in-person sessions, online lectures, and continuous mentoring from our expert trainers.
• Comprehensive Assessment: The program includes an initial assessment to measure participants’ creative capabilities, analytical skills, and critical thinking, followed by periodic phase tests throughout the training months.
• Expert Instructional Team: Delivered by a diverse team of specialized trainers. Multiple experts will guide the participants through different stages of the program, each bringing their practical experience in specific modules such as programming, data science, AI, applied applications, and technical project management.
• Market-Aligned Experience: The program leverages Al-Tarqia’s practical expertise in developing smart projects—such as Al-Tarqia Net—ensuring the training is directly linked to the needs of the Iraqi labor market and real-world applications.
Program Duration
The Fitnah program extends over 10 months, running from July 2026 to April 2027. It culminates in an applied graduation project, providing outstanding participants with the opportunity to showcase their work at project exhibitions, national tech competitions, and tech events.

As part of Al-Tarqia’s vision to discover and nurture young talent, outstanding students in the Fitnah program will be nominated for employment opportunities within the company or its upcoming projects. Nominations will be based on performance, dedication, and the company’s operational needs.
These opportunities may include roles such as:
• AI Programmers or Developers.
• Technical Assistants in the company’s smart projects.
• Trainers or Assistant Trainers in future training programs.
This initiative aims to transform training into a genuine pathway for skill-building, talent discovery, and unlocking future career opportunities for exceptional youth.
Subscription Fees
The investment for the program is:
• 225,000 IQD per month.
(Note: The fees for the first two months are required upfront upon registration.)
